About the Role:
We are looking for a competent BDS Doctor for part-time clinical duties at Oxymed Hospital. Ideal for doctors seeking structured shift hours, this role centers purely on clinical care, intensive patient monitoring, and clinical coordination.
Key Clinical Responsibilities:
- Execute structured ward rounds, continuously assess patient recovery progress, and update primary consultants on any clinical deviations.
- Manage medication administration protocols, review lab investigations, and adjust care pathways in consultation with the primary medical team.
- Provide immediate triage and stabilization for patients exhibiting acute clinical symptoms before specialist arrival.
- Maintain rigorous, legally compliant documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment adjustments during shift hours.
Shift & Timings (Choice of one shift):
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or
- Afternoon/Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month
Probationary Period:
All selected candidates will undergo a 3-month probation period starting from the date of joining. Clinical efficacy and operational alignment will be evaluated prior to regularizing the part-time contract.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution.
- Registration: Active and valid state medical council registration.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of clinical experience. Advanced clinical assessment skills, critical thinking in fast-paced hospital environments, and empathetic patient communication.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
