Job Description: As a Digital Marketer specializing in Facebook Ads, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Location: Sector-58, Gurugram
Shift: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday), Saturdays are WFH

Key Responsibilities:
· Media Planning : Strong understanding of Instagram’s & Facebook Ad platforms including audience targeting, ad formats and bidding strategies.
· Campaign strategy and planning: Audience research, budget planning
· Ad Creation and design
· Campaign management: Ad setup, Bid Management, Daily Monitoring
· Performance tracking and optimization: Analytics review, optimization, reporting
· Audience targeting and retargeting
· Staying updated with trends and best practices
· Search arbitrage and display arbitrage
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook Ads.
- Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to develop creative ad concepts and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus but not required.
