- Drafting & Modeling: Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) to produce detailed architectural layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D models of structures.
- Technical Compliance: Adhere to building codes, zoning bylaws, and structural regulations in all drawings.
- Site Surveys: Visit construction sites to gather data, take measurements, and verify existing site conditions.
- Revisions & Documentation: Revise drawings based on feedback from architects or project managers and prepare final "as-built" plans.
- Material Specification: Create structural layouts and identify, calculate, and specify materials required for construction projects.
