INDUCTION EXECUTIVE (HR)We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Induction Executive to manage the complete employee onboarding and induction process. The role is responsible for ensuring a seamless joining experience for new employees by coordinating documentation, induction schedules, employee orientation, system and asset readiness, and post-induction follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Verify joining documents and maintain employee personnel files.
- Conduct HR induction sessions on company policies, HRMS, attendance, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, IT, Admin, and department heads for smooth employee onboarding.
- Arrange employee assets, ID cards, email IDs, welcome kits, and other joining requirements.
- Maintain induction schedules, onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Collect employee feedback during the onboarding period and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company onboarding SOPs and HR policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of HR onboarding and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
