Responsible for day‑to‑day administration, monitoring, and operational support of enterprise storage platforms. The role focuses on availability, capacity, performance, and incident management for block and file storage environments, with escalation of complex design issues to L3 teams.
Core Skills (Must‑Have)
- Hands‑on administration of block and file storage (SAN / NFS)
- Experience with enterprise storage platforms:
- NetApp FAS / AFF
- HPE Primera / Alletra
- Strong understanding of SAN fabric concepts
- Capacity, performance, and availability management
- Storage monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Incident and service request management
- Willingness to work in 24×7 support environments
Good‑to‑Have
- VMware / virtualization exposure
Good communication and documentation skills
