We are looking for a Kitchen Operations Executive to manage daily kitchen activities, ensure hygiene, control stock, and handle staff coordination.
This is a hands-on role — you will work inside the kitchen and support operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain strict kitchen hygiene standards
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed
- Monitor staff grooming and uniform
Inventory & Stock Control
- Track daily stock usage
- Prevent wastage and leakages
- Coordinate with purchase and report shortages
Staff Coordination
- Ensure staff comes on time and follows rules
- Allocate basic tasks and monitor work
- Maintain discipline on the kitchen floor
Operations Support
- Support packaging and order flow during rush hours
- Ensure orders are completed smoothly and on time
Who Can Apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic understanding of kitchen/restaurant work is a plus
- Should be active, responsible, and willing to learn
- Must be comfortable working on the kitchen floor
- Should be able to handle pressure during busy hours
Important
- This is not a desk job
- You will be responsible for daily kitchen discipline and smooth operations
