About the Job:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with 1-2 years of experience to create engaging animations, motion graphics, and visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, animation skills, and the ability to transform complex concepts into visually appealing content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create motion graphics and animations for YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, webinars, marketing campaigns, and educational content.
2. Design visually engaging content that simplifies stock market, investing, trading, and personal finance concepts.
3. Collaborate with content creators, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality creative assets.
4. Ensure all designs align with FinGrad's brand guidelines and visual standards.
5. Create animated infographics, charts, data visualizations, explainer videos, and promotional content for courses, workshops, and webinars.
6. Apply principles of typography, layout, colour theory, and motion design to produce effective visual content.
7. Edit and enhance video content using animations, transitions, visual effects, and sound synchronization.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative tools, including AI-powered design solutions.
9. Manage assigned projects independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Who can apply

Requirements:
1. 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video content creation.
2. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
3. Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Media, Animation, or a related field.
4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
5. Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
Proficiency in Hindi.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Immediate availability (within 1–2 weeks preferred).
8. Willingness to work from the office (HSR Layout Sector 3, Bengaluru).
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
