Field Service Engineer - Hardware Support (Bike Mandatory)
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Hardware Engineer to provide onsite IT support for desktops and laptops at customer locations. The candidate should be comfortable traveling to client sites, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and ensuring quick resolution with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize mobile applications to mark service locations, record issues, and update troubleshooting details.
- Troubleshoot computer and IT-related issues and identify the root cause effectively.
- Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, keyboard, and other peripherals.
- Maintain a professional and cordial relationship with users at customer locations.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines.
- Provide timely onsite support and ensure proper issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
* Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
* Certification in hardware/networking is an added advantage.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
