About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals with strong English communication skills who want to build a career in sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to receive hands-on training in professional communication, client interaction, and sales processes. Successful candidates will start as Sales Associates and have the opportunity to grow into higher-performing sales and closing roles based on their performance. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients over phone and online platforms Build rapport and maintain professional conversations Understand customer requirements and gather relevant information Follow company processes and reporting standards Work closely with team members to achieve targets Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
