Job Summary
We are looking for a Tea Taster Trainee / Purchase Trainee to join our team in Siliguri. Candidates with prior experience in tea tasting, tea procurement, or tea quality evaluation are encouraged to apply. Freshers who have completed a Tea Diploma, Tea Management Course, or any tea-related certification are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tea tasting (liquoring) and quality evaluation.
- Prepare tea samples for tasting and comparison.
- Maintain tasting records and quality reports.
- Support tea procurement and purchase activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Monitor tea quality parameters and market trends.
- Assist senior tea tasters and purchase executives in daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience in tea tasting, tea procurement, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with a Tea Diploma, Tea Management Course, or tea-related qualification may apply.
- Good sensory evaluation and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of tea grades, varieties, and quality standards will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in the tea industry.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
