Job Purpose
The Food Court Supervisor shall represent the Property and be responsible for the smooth operation, upkeep, and management of all common areas and facilities within the food court premises. The role involves coordinating with multiple food brands/tenants, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with lease obligations and operational standards.
The incumbent shall act as the primary liaison between the Landlord, Food Court Tenants, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other support teams to ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Food Court Operations Management
- Supervise the day-to-day functioning of all food court common areas.
- Coordinate with outlets to ensure smooth operations and adherence to property guidelines.
- Ensure outlets comply with operational policies, hygiene standards, waste disposal procedures, and common area usage norms.
- Monitor opening and closing activities of tenant outlets.
- Maintain harmonious relationships with tenants and address operational concerns promptly.
- Facilitate communication between tenants and the property management team.
2. Common Area Management
- Ensure all seating areas, walkways, service corridors, washrooms, and Guests touchpoints are maintained in excellent condition.
- Monitor the cleanliness, ambience, lighting, air-conditioning, music systems, and overall guest experience within the food court.
- Conduct regular inspections and initiate corrective actions whenever required.
- Ensure proper crowd management during peak business hours.
3. Housekeeping Supervision
- Supervise housekeeping staff deployed in the food court.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout operational hours.
- Monitor washroom hygiene, seating areas, waste disposal points, and back-of-house common areas.
- Conduct periodic cleanliness audits.
- Coordinate deep-cleaning schedules and pest control activities.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste as per local regulations.
4. Engineering & Facility Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Maintenance team for timely rectification of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and equipment-related issues in common areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of property infrastructure and report deficiencies.
- Monitor maintenance work orders and ensure timely closure.
- Assist in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of common utilities and services.
5. Safety, Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, local statutory requirements, and property safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of firefighting equipment, emergency exits, and safety signage.
- Coordinate with Security personnel for crowd control, incident management, and emergency response.
- Report accidents, damages, violations, and safety hazards to management immediately.
- Assist in conducting emergency drills and safety awareness programs.
6. Guest Experience Management
- Maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Address customer complaints related to common facilities, cleanliness, maintenance, and seating arrangements.
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns and escalate major issues when required.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements.
7. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
- Monitor utility consumption and report unusual variations.
- Support management during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Assist in budgeting and operational planning related to facility management.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food Court Operations, Mall Management, Hospitality Operations, Facility Management, or Retail Operations.

Pay: ₹14,690.80 - ₹38,512.99 per month
