Position: Content Production Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Content Production Associate to join our communications team. This role combines video production, photography, and post-production expertise to create compelling visual content across digital platforms, educational initiatives, and institutional documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and institutional storytelling
- Capture and edit photography for events, campus activities, and promotional materials
- Produce short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and other social platforms
- Collaborate with the communications team to maintain visual consistency across all content
- Manage end-to-end content production from pre-production through final delivery
- Cover institutional events and activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
- Experience in videography and photography with understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and photography work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Technical Requirements:
- Must possess a high-performance laptop capable of handling video editing workflows
- Access to basic camera equipment for content capture
