*What You'll Do
Conduct site visits, project presentations & client meetings
Close residential property deals through effective negotiation
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors & brokers
Maintain CRM records and report to management
*What We're Looking For
3–4 years of sales experience
*Prior real estate experience preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven and customer-focused

Salary: Negotiable + Attractive Incentives
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM | Weekly Off: Tuesday
