Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of
hands-on experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for
the end-to-end development of scalable web applications. You will leverage Java and
Spring Boot to build robust backend services and utilise React.js to create highly
responsive, interactive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and
back-end architectures of our web applications.
● Backend Engineering: Build scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs and
microservices using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
● Frontend Engineering: Develop dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces using
React.js, translating UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
● Database Management: Design and manage database schemas, optimise queries,
and ensure data integrity (experience with SQL/NoSQL databases).
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers
and product managers, to deliver seamless software updates.
● Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in peer code
reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
● Troubleshooting: Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and optimise application
performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience as a full-stack developer.
● Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring
Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
● Frontend Expertise: Solid experience with React.js, including state management
(e.g., Redux, Context API) and React Hooks.
● Web Technologies: Proficiency in foundational web technologies including HTML5,
CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
● API Integration: Deep understanding of RESTful API design and seamless
integration between front-end and back-end systems.
● Tools & Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
and standard build tools (Maven/Gradle).
● Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to tackling
complex technical challenges.
Working Model
● This is a strict work-from-office position. We believe in the power of in-person
collaboration, whiteboard sessions, and building a strong team culture on-site.
Pay: ₹380,837.04 - ₹700,000.00 per year
