Job Purpose
Reporting to the China Warranty Manager and coordinating his/her activities with the Claim Assessment Coordinator, the Warranty Assessor is in charge of analysing and processing the claims submitted by the agriculture machinery dealer network across the China SEAJ sub-region of APAC, ensuring their correctness and integrity as per the published Warranty terms and conditions.Ensure accurate and timely processing according to the quantitative and qualitative targets imposed on the department.Be in charge of the first level communication activity between Warranty department and Dealer network, through the Company communication Tool (WIT), clarifying doubts that Dealers might raise on warranty claims and on other warranty-related matters.Deliver face to face and remote trainings to the dealer network on the basic warranty processes, top claim issues, etc. with the aim of constantly improving Dealer’s knowledge and consequently the claim quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warranty claims and/or pre-approvals according with daily workload;
- Verify warranty policies and procedures application;
- Check claims integrity;
- Check claims correctness according to Warranty Terms and Conditions;
- Address claims control according with Dealer behavior and deficiency;
- Perform Self-assessment (audit check) on managed cases on weekly basis to monitor Warranty Claim discipline (Reversals & feedback).[YZ1]
Cross audits for claims assessed by Co-assessors.
Compliance with various Audit (Stat, SOX, ISO, Internal etc.) requirements.
Communicate with Dealers through WIT tool about cases, in the event doubts or questions are raised;
- Manage Claim processing and WIT tickets in a timely manner in respect with the targets given;
- Deliver warranty trainings to the network;
- Improve customer satisfaction;
- Inputs to Business Intelligence for process simplification and to improve dealer experience;
- Warranty Registration discipline (Reversals & feedback).
- SME / Co-SME of Compliance & Documentation Vertical
Experience Required
5+ Years of Relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Engineering is a must
