Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, staff, visitors, and assets of the organization. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling the facility, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to emergencies or security incidents.
Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Monitoring
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Check identification and maintain visitor records when required.
- Prevent unauthorized access to the premises.
Patrolling & Surveillance
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or security risks.
Safety & Emergency Response
- Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, or disturbances.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Report incidents, damages, theft, or safety hazards to management.
Access Control
- Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.
- Manage vehicle entry and parking supervision if required.
- Verify deliveries and visitor movements within the premises.
Discipline & Order Maintenance
- Maintain discipline and order within the facility.
- Ensure company rules and security procedures are followed.
- Support management in maintaining a safe working environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
