- Visit hospitals, physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to build and maintain referral networks.
- Develop relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, rehabilitation centres, and other healthcare providers.
- Engage with special schools, school counsellors, and educational institutions to create awareness and generate patient referrals.
- Generate patient leads for advanced neuro rehabilitation and interventional neuropsychiatry services.
- Educate referring doctors, institutions, and stakeholders about clinic services and treatment capabilities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with referral partners and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Conduct market mapping of hospitals, specialists, rehabilitation centres, and educational institutions within assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and support patient acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain records of leads, referrals, conversions, and outreach activities.
Patient Coordination
- Handle patient enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Explain clinic services, treatment programs, and appointment processes.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for patient requirements.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and follow-up.
- Support appointment scheduling and patient visit coordination.
Administration
- Manage daily clinic administrative activities.
- Maintain patient records, documentation, and reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth clinic operations.
- Support billing coordination and administrative requirements.
- Manage front office activities and ensure efficient workflow.
