Sr. Full-Stack Developer ( Python, PHP Laravel)
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Python / PHP on the backend. The candidate should be comfortable working across the entire stack, integrating APIs, handling databases, and delivering clean, maintainable code in a fast-paced IT environment, Team Lead handling the 20+ employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and high-performance UI using React.js
- Build and maintain backend APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) and PHP (Laravel / Core PHP)
- Integrate frontend with REST APIs
- Design and manage databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
- Debug, test, and maintain existing applications
- Collaborate with designers, testers, and other developers
- Deploy and manage applications on servers (Linux / AWS preferred)
Required Skills
Frontend
- React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- State management (Redux / Context API)
- API integration and form handling
Backend
- Python: Django / FastAPI / Flask
- PHP: Laravel / Core PHP
- RESTful API development
- Authentication (JWT / OAuth / Session-based)
Database & Tools
- MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Git / GitHub
- Postman / Swagger
- Basic DevOps knowledge (Nginx, Apache, CI/CD is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, travel, or SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of AWS / Ubuntu server deployment
- Familiarity with Docker (optional)
- Understanding of system design and scalability
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
