About the Role
Kevasiya is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our luxury gift store team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure a premium shopping experience for all customers.
- Handle billing, sales transactions, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain store presentation and product displays.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support daily store operations and achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury retail, gifting, fashion, or lifestyle products.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
