- Generate new business leads through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and channel partners
- Identify B2B opportunities from offices, hotels, cafes, hospitals, institutions, and commercial projects
- Follow up on walk-in and inquiry leads for bulk, corporate, and project furniture requirements
- Build strong professional relationships with interior consultants, architects, and dealers
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, space discussions, and requirement analysis
- Coordinate with showroom sales team for product presentations, catalogues, samples, and quotation support
- Share BOQ-based proposals, customized furniture solutions, and commercial offers
- Support pricing discussions, payment terms negotiation, and final order closure
- Maintain proper CRM / Excel sales pipeline for all project, institutional, and bulk furniture leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets for project sales and corporate business development
- Track competitor pricing, builder activity, and market trends
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing architects, designers, and corporate clients
- Ensure smooth coordination with production, dispatch, and installation teams Follow up on customer satisfaction and post-installation feedback
