This Position is for one of the leading life insurance companies in India. The candidate must have an experience of minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Recruitment & Development: Identifying and recruiting quality insurance advisors or agents. They are responsible for getting these new hires qualified and providing ongoing mentorship to improve their productivity.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing actionable sales plans and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. This often involves identifying untapped market segments and guiding agents on how to reach them.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking daily sales activities, including the number of calls made, quotes provided, and the final closing ratio of each producer. They conduct regular performance review programs (PRPs) to identify gaps and offer coaching.
- Joint Field Work: Accompanying agents on "joint calls" or field visits to help them close complex deals, resolve customer objections, and provide on-the-ground training.
- Customer Relationship & Dispute Management: Supporting agents in building long-term rapport with clients and intervening to resolve disputes or complex queries.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensuring the sales team adheres to company policies and legal regulations, including ethical selling practices and proper KYC documentation to avoid policy rejections.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
