The Role
You'll be reaching out to leads of business owners, introducing them to our training programs, and converting interested leads into confirmed registrations. This is a pure sales role — calling, following up, and closing. If you're someone who enjoys talking to business owners and has a track record of hitting targets, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Explain and pitch training programs, workshops, and flagship offerings
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and convert them to sales
- Maintain accurate records on CRM tools and call-tracking systems
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets consistently
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams on leads and feedback
What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum 3 years of telesales or sales experience
✅ Experience selling to business owners is a big plus
✅ Good communication — confident and clear on calls
✅ Basic computer skills — CRM, Excel, WhatsApp
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven
✅ Minimum bachelor's degree required
✅ Must be able to work from our Bhilai office full-time
