Job Title: Technical Sales Officer – Lubricants

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Officer to promote and sell our range of lubricants to industrial, automotive, and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of lubricant products and applications, with the ability to deliver value-based solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory or segment.
- Promote and sell lubricant products to OEMs, distributors, industrial customers, and workshops.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and training for customers.
- Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot customer issues related to product performance.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or chemical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various machinery and vehicles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in dealing with industrial clients, automotive OEMs, or lubricant distributors.
- Knowledge of lubrication systems and maintenance practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
