Dworks is a fast-growing Design & Build company specializing in premium residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and turnkey interior fit-out projects across Kerala. We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our brand and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Meet architects, consultants, builders, corporates, and homeowners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team.
- Arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain daily lead reports and update the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, interiors, building materials, modular furniture, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Confident in client meetings and presentations.
- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel within Kerala.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
