Job Summary
This is a leadership role for someone who understands D2C eCommerce. You will be responsible for driving online sales, managing paid advertising, growing our social media presence, creating content strategies, editing videos, optimizing Shopify, and building scalable marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. * Scale profitable campaigns while improving ROAS, CAC, CPL and conversion rates. * Create and execute Instagram growth strategies. * Plan content calendars, Reels, Stories and social media campaigns. * Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube and paid ads. * Work with designers and photographers to produce premium ad creatives. * Manage Shopify store optimization and landing pages. * Improve website conversion rate and customer journey. * Execute influencer marketing and UGC campaigns. * Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly reports. * Track KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, Website Sales, Instagram Growth and Customer Acquisition. * Research competitors, market trends and new growth opportunities. * Collaborate directly with the Founder to achieve monthly growth targets.
Required Skills * 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing. * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Experience managing D2C eCommerce brands.
* Strong understanding of Shopify and Google Analytics (GA4). * Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut. * Experience with Canva and basic Photoshop. * Knowledge of content strategy and social media management. * Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Preferred Skills * Email & WhatsApp Marketing. * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). * Influencer Marketing & UGC Campaigns. * CRM and marketing automation tools. * AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity and content. Must Have * Portfolio of Meta & Google Ads campaigns. * Portfolio of video editing work. * Examples of Instagram accounts or brands managed. * Case studies showing measurable improvements in ROAS, revenue, leads or sales.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
