# Job Description – WhatsApp Chat Support Intern

## About the Role
Karma Ayurveda is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented **WhatsApp Chat Support Interns** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have excellent written English and strong data management skills. The selected candidates will interact with patients via WhatsApp, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely responses while delivering a professional customer experience.
## Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries and provide support through WhatsApp.
* Maintain professional, accurate, and empathetic written communication.
* Update and manage patient data in CRM/Excel with high accuracy.
* Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and follow-ups.
* Ensure timely responses and maintain chat quality standards.
* Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
* Prepare daily reports and update chat-related data.
## Candidate Profile
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory.
* Strong data management and MS Excel skills.
* Good typing speed and attention to detail.
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
