Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between
technical teams, sales, and clients — leading projects from pre-sales discussions to successful post sales delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in web and mobile app development,
exceptional client communication skills, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end project
lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Client Consultation
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand client
requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, create project proposals, estimations, and technical
documentation.
- Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable project
plans.
- Support in preparing RFPs, SOWs, and project pitches with technical clarity.
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA, and DevOps.
- Ensure timely, quality delivery of web and mobile app projects.
- Identify risks and manage mitigation plans proactively.
Post-Sales & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Conduct regular client calls, demos, and progress reports.
- Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution during and after project delivery.
- Support clients post-launch with enhancements, change requests, and technical support.
Technical Leadership
- Provide guidance on architecture, tech stack selection, and best practices.
- Review technical deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and coding
standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions for client
projects.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance.
- Monitor project KPIs including timelines, cost, and quality.
- Present weekly/monthly progress and resource utilization reports to senior management.
Requirements (What You Bring to the Table)
- 5+years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Coordinator / Delivery
Manager in an IT services company.
- Strong technical understanding of web & mobile app development (frontend, backend,
APIs, cloud, etc.).
- Proven experience handling client communications, pre-sales, and project delivery.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or
Asana.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or Agile certification (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹624,474.11 - ₹850,000.00 per year
