Position Overview:
As a Billing Executive / Administration at Bangalore office, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial operations and administrative functions. You will be responsible for handling billing processes, document management, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day billing activities, including generating accurate and timely invoices for clients.
● Coordinate and track dispatches and purchases to ensure proper documentation and timely deliveries.
● Maintain an organised filing system for important documents, invoices, and other financial records.
● Assist with import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
● Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
● Utilise Tally Prime software and Microsoft Office tools to input and manage billing information.
● Support administrative tasks related to office management and organisation.
● Provide administrative support to the team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
