1. Answer calls from clients who contact us through social media ads, references, or by visiting
our website.
2. Contact and engage with clients who have submitted inquiries to understand their needs and
explain our services.
3. Explain EMS training and other add-on services (ice bath, sauna, red light therapy, etc.).
4. Provide detailed information about subscription packages and their benefits.
5. Follow up with clients until they visit the studio of their choice.
6. Provide clear guidance and assistance regarding studio locations.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer inquiries and related data in Excel and
Google Sheets.
8. Report customer trial details and updates to the respective studio team leaders.
9. Update and manage all client interactions properly in the CRM software.
10. Undertake any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
