The Role
This is not a traditional corporate marketing job where you schedule generic social media posts. As our Global Growth Marketing Intern, you will own organic distribution. Your core objective is to get Technology Times content in front of millions of tech enthusiasts, developers, and global business decision-makers using zero-budget viral growth loops, community building, and aggressive content distribution.
Key Responsibilities
· Viral Content Distribution: Repurpose Technology Times articles and insights into high-engagement formats for global platforms like Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Hacker News, and tech-focused Discord/Slack communities.
· Organic Community Cultivation: Build, seed, and manage our own micro-communities (e.g., newsletters, WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or subreddits) to convert casual readers into loyal, daily active users.
· Guerrilla Growth Hacking: Monitor global tech trends and breaking news in real time; jump into trending global conversations creatively to direct traffic back to our main platforms.
· Cross-Border Sync: Coordinate with the Las Vegas front office to align organic marketing pushes with active corporate sales campaigns.
Requirements
· Obsession with Digital Subcultures: Deep familiarity with tech Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Indie Hackers, or Hacker News. You know what makes online tech communities tick.
· Excellent Written English: Because you will be interacting with a global audience, your written communication must be sharp, clear, and contextually fluent.
· The "Doer" Mindset: Highly proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to post; you actively research growth tactics, experiment with formats, and love tracking traffic metrics.
Based in Patna: Able to work consistently out of our Patna office location.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
