About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our online presence, generate leads, and build brand awareness across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing and a willingness to learn and execute marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content, posts, reels, and campaigns
- Assist in SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning
- Run and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate leads through digital marketing channels
- Monitor website traffic and marketing performance using analytics tools
- Create monthly performance reports and marketing insights
- Coordinate with the design and development teams for campaign execution
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Research competitors and identify growth opportunities
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Advertising
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of content marketing principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, IT, or related field
- Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply
- Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
