We are seeking experienced Staff nurse- NICU
Location: Sabine Hospitals & Research Centre, Cherkala, Kasaragod

Immediate joners are preffered
Responsibilities:
- Monitor neonatal vitals and condition
- Handle NICU equipment safely
- Ensure comfort, positioning, and developmental care of neonates
- Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, and emergency interventions
- Follow hospital policies and safety protocols
- Maintain documentation and handover
- Neonatal resuscitation and emergency care
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of neonatal nursing care and equipment handling
- Teamwork and coordination with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to recognize early signs of neonatal distress and respond promptly in emergencies
- Time management
- Emergency response readiness
- Team coordination
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing , GNM and Post BSc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Kerala Registration .
- Minimum 1+ years of core experience in NICU is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of procedures, process and techniques
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
