Hiring: Tandoori Chef (Veg & Non-Veg)

Tandoori Chef (Veg & Non-Veg) | Hotel Restaurant | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Tandoori Chef to join our kitchen team at a well-established hotel. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoori dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and cook tandoori starters, kebabs, tikka, seekh kebabs, grilled items, naan, roti, kulcha, and other Indian breads.
✅ Handle marination and preparation of both veg and non-veg items.
✅ Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section.
✅ Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.
✅ Work efficiently during peak service hours.
✅ Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tandoori Chef.
✔ Good knowledge of Indian tandoori cuisine.
✔ Experience with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
✔ Team player with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
