Experience: 1+ year
Qualification: Graduate
Preferred Industry Experience: Real Estate / Hospitality / Automobile Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Handle client inquiries and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Real Estate / Hospitality / Automobile Sales.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
