Job Description: NyxgenIT is looking for motivated and energetic Cold Calling / Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team. We provide complete digital marketing solutions and help businesses scale and grow their online presence.

Responsibilities:
- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily to potential USA & Canada clients
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain CRM and update lead information
- Build strong communication with prospects
- Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Good English communication skills
- Confidence while speaking on calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
