Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales & marketing operation. The candidate will be responsible for Customer handling, retail market development and strengthening customer relationships across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer network across North Kerala
- Increase product availability across the customer network
- Develop new markets and generate business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meeting.
- Build strong relationships withwholesalers, retailers, and hotel clients
- Monitor competitor's activities and market trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in FMCG, food products, rice brands, or Horeca sales/supply sales/marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in distribution.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel across North Kerala
