Job Description
Radha Krishna Jewellers is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive/Salesman to join our jewellery showroom team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain jewellery designs, product details, making charges and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond and other jewellery products.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery.
- Coordinate with billing and showroom staff for smooth customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in jewellery showroom sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Smart, polite and well-presented personality.
- Basic knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, weight and making charges.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good communication skills may also be considered.
