Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – Pharma/Biotech Equipment

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of pharma and biotech industrial equipment, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma and biotech sectors.
Conduct field sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide market insights and feedback to the management team.
Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Microbiology / B.E. / MBA.
1–2 years of proven experience in sales of pharma/biotech industrial equipment.
Skills & Attributes:
Passion for selling and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
