Job Description & Requirements
The Vulnerability Analyst supports JAGGAER's Vulnerability Management programme by identifying, assessing, prioritising, and driving the remediation of security vulnerabilities across enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoints, and SaaS environments. Reporting to the Vulnerability Manager, the role partners with Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Product Security, and IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively managed in line with business risk, compliance requirements, and JAGGAER's security standards.
The successful candidate will contribute to reducing cyber risk through continuous vulnerability assessment, risk-based prioritisation, actionable reporting, and stakeholder engagement. They will also support the ongoing enhancement of vulnerability management processes, tooling, and metrics to strengthen JAGGAER's overall security posture.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Required experience of 1 to 3 Years in Vulnerability Management & Risk Assessment

Perform risk-based triage, validation, and prioritisation of security vulnerabilities across enterprise, cloud, and endpoint environments.

Identify, investigate, and manage false positives to improve the accuracy and efficiency of remediation activities.

Track vulnerabilities through to remediation, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and timely resolution.

Monitor remediation against agreed service level targets (SLAs) and escalate overdue or high-risk vulnerabilities where appropriate.

Reporting, Metrics & Governance

Produce and maintain vulnerability management dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for technical and leadership stakeholders.

Support audit and compliance activities through accurate documentation, evidence collection, and reporting.

Maintain clear, structured documentation to support vulnerability management processes and governance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Product Security, and IT teams to coordinate vulnerability remediation.

Provide risk-based guidance to stakeholders, ensuring remediation activities are aligned with business priorities and security standards.

Build effective working relationships across technical teams to promote a proactive security culture.

Continuous Improvement

Identify recurring vulnerabilities, systemic weaknesses, and emerging trends to support long-term risk reduction.

Contribute to the continual improvement of vulnerability management processes, tooling, automation, and reporting capabilities.

Support the Vulnerability Manager in enhancing the overall effectiveness and maturity of JAGGAER's vulnerability management programme.
Position Requirements:
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Strong experience in vulnerability triage and risk-based assessment

Strong understanding of vulnerability types, CVEs, CVSS scoring, and security best practices.

Proven ability to manage false positives and prioritise genuine threats

Experience tracking remediation activities across complex environments

Solid understanding of SLA governance and performance metrics

Experience supporting audit processes and compliance requirements

Ability to work across infrastructure, cloud, and application domains

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Clear and concise reporting capability for both technical and non-technical audiences

Understanding of enterprise security operations and governance frameworks
