Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching:
- Teach BCA students in areas such as Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
- Develop and deliver high-quality course materials, lectures, and assessments.
2. Practical Lab Sessions:
- Conduct practical lab sessions and projects for BCA students.
- Guide students in developing programming skills and project development.
3. Student Mentoring:
- Mentor and guide BCA students in their academic and professional development.
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them achieve their goals.
4. Curriculum Development:
- Participate in curriculum development and review for BCA program.
- Suggest updates and changes to curriculum to ensure relevance and industry alignment.
5. Examination and Evaluation:
- Set and evaluate exams, assignments, and projects for BCA students.
- Participate in examination processes, including paper setting, moderation, and evaluation.
6. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Take on additional responsibilities, such as course coordination, student counseling, or committee membership.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Teaching experience of 2-4 years (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
