We are seeking a passionate and qualified German Language Faculty (C1/C2 Certified) to train students aspiring for higher education, Ausbildung, employment, and migration opportunities in Germany. The ideal candidate should possess excellent German language proficiency, strong teaching skills, and the ability to engage learners across different proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct German language training sessions for A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2 levels.
- Deliver interactive classes focusing on Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing skills.
- Prepare students for Goethe, TELC, ÖSD, TestDaF, and other German language certification exams.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and guidance.
- Conduct mock tests, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and student progress tracking.
- Support students with German culture, communication skills, and exam strategies.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- German Language Certification: C1 or C2 (Goethe/TELC/ÖSD/TestDaF or equivalent).
- Strong command of spoken and written German.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Ability to handle both online and offline classes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching platforms.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
- Experience training students for study abroad, Ausbildung, or employment pathways.
- Experience preparing learners for Goethe and TELC examinations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
