Job Title: Sales Coordinator – IT Hardware & Solutions
Experience: 2–5 Years (Computer Hardware / IT Industry Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT hardware and software solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors/distributors for pricing, availability, and product information.
- Prepare and submit quotations by adding appropriate margins.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Process sales orders and coordinate procurement, delivery, and execution.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Update sales records, quotations, and pipeline reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Computers, Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Networking, Printers, and IT Products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Experience in IT Hardware, System Integration, or Technology Product Sales.
