What would you do? The Brand Deployment Associate plays a critical role in supporting brand deployment and development activities through effective financial and contract management. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process from Purchase Order (PO) generation to Goods Receipt Note (GRN), ensuring accurate budget tracking and vendor payment management. The Associate will also provide timely reporting and analysis on spend and budget usage, and support brand campaigns with financial coordination In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. Roles and Responsibilities: •PO generation and ensuring follow up with suppliers on timely receipt 2. Track and manage all vendors payments and enlist new vendors in the system 3. Manage all GRN activities 4. Regularly track and provide insights into BSE usage and spend based on request 5. Management of contract management online as well offline for all required vendors 6. Additionally, the Brand Deployment Associate will also be assisting Brand Campaigns by creating POs, keeping the brands updated about the budgets.
