Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
● Manage and guide staff to achieve performance targets
● Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction
● Maintain discipline, attendance, and team coordination
● Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational efficiency
● Prepare reports and coordinate with management for improvements
● Ensure safety and company policies are followed
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
