We are seeking a fast-paced, highly reliable Technical Support Specialist to assist with live-chat and call consumer electronics troubleshooting during peak North American hours.
Responsibilities: -
Provide rapid, clear, and empathetic call/text-based troubleshooting for TVs, home audio, routers, and smart devices.
Maintain a minimum internal response speed metric (initial reply under 3 minutes).
Utilize and continuously update a library of pre-made technical templates, customizing them instantly for every customer.
Requirements: - Knowledge of major consumer brands (Samsung, Sony, LG, Apple, Roku, Netgear).
Flawless, professional English writing and speaking skills with an empathetic tone.
High-speed, reliable internet connection with a power backup.
Absolute flexibility to work specific peak windows (Early mornings India Standard Time / Weekends).
