Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Chennai and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to develop channel partners and generate business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and channel partners.
- Handle B2B sales for offices, societies, hospitals, hotels, factories, and institutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain channel partner and dealer networks.
Client Relationship & Coordination
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with installation, service, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on payments, documentation, and post-sales support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Market & Reporting
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales pipeline updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, HVAC, Water Treatment, Industrial Equipment, Machinery, or related industries.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and channel partner development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
