We are looking for a vigilant, disciplined, and customer-oriented Security Guard to manage the safety and smooth flow of operations at our showroom and service center. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, balancing security protocols with excellent hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Gate & Vehicle Management:
- Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of all vehicles (Sales & Service).
- Strictly collect and verify Gate Passes for all vehicles leaving the compound.
- Maintain accurate logs of all vehicle movements in the designated registers.
Access Control:
- Perform security checks on employees and visitors as per company policy.
- Monitor and log Test Drive vehicles, ensuring all paperwork is verified before the vehicle leaves the premises.
Customer Service & Hospitality:
- Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival.
- Provide clear guidance for customer parking to ensure an organized lot.
- Escort or direct customers to the appropriate department (Sales Front Office or Service Reception).
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain up-to-date registers for visitors, staff attendance, and materials.
- Ensure the front entrance and parking area remain clean and professional.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Preferred previous experience as a security guard, preferably in an automobile showroom or retail environment. Freshers can also apply.
- Basic literacy to maintain registers accurately (Malayalam/English).
- Strong communication and "Customer First" attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage outdoor parking.
- Punctual, disciplined, and observant. Must have a polite yet firm demeanor.
Preferred: Candidates residing in or near Kanjirappally, Thellakom or Kodimatha (Kottayam).
