About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Field Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to help us acquire new jewellery business clients in Jaipur.
This is an on-ground field sales role. The selected candidate will physically visit jewellery businesses, speak with business owners and decision-makers, introduce Lanavode's services, understand their needs, and help convert interested businesses into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit jewellery stores and businesses across Jaipur.
- Identify potential clients who can benefit from stronger branding and digital presence.
- Introduce Lanavode and clearly explain our services.
- Build relationships with jewellery business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Understand client needs and handle basic questions or objections.
- Help convert interested businesses into clients.
- Coordinate with the Lanavode team during the client acquisition process.
Once a client is successfully acquired, Lanavode's internal team will handle strategy, branding, creative work, and service delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
- Confident and comfortable speaking directly with business owners.
- Strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with face-to-face field sales and local travel.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and genuine sales potential are also welcome.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Professional and presentable personality.
Compensation
This role includes a monthly base salary along with performance-based incentives/commission for successfully acquired clients.
The exact commission structure and performance expectations will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship as Lanavode grows.
