MTPL is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth by engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities. The role involves working closely with the sales and operations team to promote premium kitchen and Bathroom hygiene solutions. MTPL has an monopoly of selling all its products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
- Present and promote MTPL products (e.g., food waste disposers, kitchen solutions)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (HoReCa, corporate, institutions)
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and proforma invoices
- Coordinate with logistics and operations for order processing and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
