Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities at the project site. The candidate should ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, project timelines, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify measurements and prepare contractor/subcontractor bills.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for site execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site records, and documentation.
- Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials and monitor inventory.
- Ensure work is executed according to project schedules and budgets.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.
Candidate Preference
- Chennai candidates are preferred.
- Candidates from other locations may also apply if they are willing to relocate to Chennai.

- Candidates should be comfortable with the offered salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
